About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Sr. HR Data Analyst & Systems Administrator to join our growing team. This role, reporting to the Talent Operations Manager, will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR functions by leveraging data and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, a passion for data analysis, and experience with HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of key HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., employee turnover, time-to-hire, workforce demographics).
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- HR System Administration:
- Manage and maintain our HRIS system (e.g. ADP) including system configuration, data integrity, and user access.
- Manage and maintain our ATS system iCIMS, including system configuration, data integrity, and user access.
- Manage and maintain our additional HR systems including Cornerstone, Culture Amp, and other auxiliary systems and platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems effectively.
- Implement system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Recruitment Support:
- Manage the post-offer pre-hire screening process, including background checks, drug tests, and reference checks.
- Provide support to the recruitment team on various operational tasks.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors providing HR-related services (e.g., background check providers, benefits administrators).
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Project Support:
- Participate in and support various HR projects, such as system implementations, organizational change initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong focus on data analysis and robust systems administration.
- Proven experience with robust HRIS systems (e.g. ADP, Oracle) including system administration, troubleshooting, and reporting is required.
- Experience with iCIMS system administration is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Scribe, or similar platform is preferred.
- Experience with Lucid Chart, or similar platform is preferred.
- SharePoint experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in HR technology and a passion for continuous learning.

Experience with HR automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato)
