Sanitation Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure a clean environment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.75 per hour
