Fashion Closet Assistant, Temporary Full-Time

BDG is hiring a Fashion Assistant to manage our fashion closet. This is an administrative fellowship position focused upon managing the inflow and outflow of sample shipments, team schedule organization, and closet management.This is a full-time temporary role, 40 hours a week for 3 months to 6 monthsResponsibilities

• Work with the Assistant Market Editor on Fashion Week scheduling calendars for team
• Manage the BDG fashion closet and ensure supplies are continually maintained replenished
• Detailed sample trafficking from PR to BDG offices for every shoot
• Organization lead on fashion closet and shoot racks
• Manage BDG market team databases
• Key point person for office freight, messenger, and courier services
• Assistance on fashion shoots with set up / break down
• Key person for office freight & messenger servicesRequirements
• 1-2 years working for a fashion magazine in an assistant capacity
• Interest in and passion for digital editorial content
