Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. This role requires effective management of staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. The Pool Manager will also be responsible for coordinating events and activities that enhance the pool experience.
Duties
- Supervise and manage pool staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Assist with events at the pool area, such as parties, themed nights, or special promotions to enhance guest engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service excellence, leadership skills, and operational procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction.
Certifications
- Lifeguard Certification
