We are seeking a highly motivated Handyman Services Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a team of handymen, and ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general home repairs, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of handymen, ensuring quality work and efficiency.
- Schedule and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on support for repairs, maintenance, and minor renovations as needed.
- Communicate with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service.
- Manage supplies, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow.
- Train and mentor new team members to uphold company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in general home repairs, maintenance, or handyman services.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred.
