Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery for effective lawn care and landscape maintenance.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain (is a plus) landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with various hand tools, weedeaters, hedge trimmers used in landscape maintenance.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods, enduring the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter.
- Some Knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and tasteful landscape maintenance outcomes
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions without fail.
- A valid driver's license is required to keep this job as all members of your team should be able to run the truck in full at any given time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

You MUST have extensive experience and abilities in Running a zero turn (walker brand) mower, stihl weedeater string trimmer, stihl hedge trimmer, etc. You will be tested and observed for your proficiency with the equipment as well as the overall quality of your work on our customers yards. You have to have the experience.
Work Hours: if you have obligations other than THIS job being #1, then this job will not work out for you. This job and the above average steady pay needs to be what you are hungry for. If you work well and like what you do, everything else will fall into place and you won’t have to worry about a good steady paycheck.
