Summary

We are looking for a Unicorn!!

Busy Bee Preschool is looking for an Assistant Teacher with superior classroom management and great communication skills.

We are looking for a unique individual that loves children, is happy to move among classes and help where and when needed. We are looking for someone that takes the initiative, needs little direction and is a team player. We need a great support person that can support not only the teachers in the classroom but the admin team as well. The hours are flexible based on the needs of the week. Guaranteed part time hours with the possibility of full time hours, as needed.

The Assistant Teacher plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the daycare by providing support across various classrooms and age groups. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The Assistant Teacher will ensure that a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children is maintained while adhering to the daycare’s standards and state regulations.

At this time, we can not offer childcare for staff, as we are at capacity in all rooms.

We are looking for someone that can work well with a team. Flexibility is a key part of this position. Must have experience working in a classroom setting.

We are looking for a person who takes the initiative, who is energetic, and can think outside the box. We strive to find a balance of academic and play based philosophies in our classrooms and we are looking for the same in our employees.

We offer smaller student to teacher ratios in all of our classes. We are privately owned, not a corporate center.

If you are looking for a change and a place that values their staff, we would love to meet with you.
