Job description:
Assistant Manager main duties include:
- High-End Housekeeping
- New employee training, mentoring, & support
- Inspecting homes for quality cleans
- Employee Scheduling
- Customer Scheduling
- Email management
- Laundry management
- Inventory control
- Updating and organizing housekeeper documents
Requirements:
- Honesty (brings our team together)
- Housekeeping experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to prioritize and accomplish goals under pressure in a timely manner
- Must have reliable non-shared transportation with ability to commute to Fraser, Winter Park, Tabernash, and sometimes Granby
- Open to feedback and having a positive attitude/communication with others
- Office experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to easily learn new software
