As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented setting and have a passion for the food service industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to café standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Help maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with customers and team members alike.
- Must be able to stand/ walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. over head
- Must be able to tolerate working in refrigerated/freezer spaces.
