Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Janitor/Maintenance Team Lead professional to join our team. As a Janitor/Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols
- Maintaining parking lot and property cleanliness
- Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of fuel dispensers
- Must be able to stand/ walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. over head
- Must be able to perform duties outside during hot/cold weather
- Must be able to tolerate working in refrigerated/freezer spaces.
