Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented floor tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floors and light janitorial duties. Seeking a well rounded cleaner and team player that can jump in and do what it takes to get the job done!
Duties
- Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
- Cleaning carpets with a van mounted system
- Strip and wax vct floors, clean and maintain hardwood and lvp floors
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning and stripping and waxing preferred but not required
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
