Job Description
As a Propane Bobtail Driver with Butch's Propane, LLC, you will be responsible for safely transporting propane to local customers. This involves delivering according to instructions, completing required paperwork accurately, and following company policies and DOT regulations. You will also evaluate vehicles before and after trips, report any mechanical and/or safety issues, document throughout the day, and perform all other duties assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with endorsements for Tanker 'N' and Hazardous Materials 'H'. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of three years of CDL Hazmat driving experience, three years of bobtail propane delivery experience, and be at least 25 years old. You must also lift 75 lbs comfortably, demonstrate a safe driving history, pass a DOT drug test, and be proficient in writing and speaking English. Ability to work outside for long periods is also essential.
