dishes & menu changes. As a team leader, one must come to work every day energized
and wanting to inspire, mentor and push their team to be organized, professional, and
detail-oriented.
Skills/Requirements
Minimum 3 years of cooking in a professional, full service & high volume
restaurant
Open availability including weekends & day shifts if needed.
A passion for purveyor/local farmer relationships
Advanced knife handling skills
Strong leadership skills
Must have a CURRENT ServSafe Certification
Love being creative and coming up with new menu items
Sound cooking skill and technique
Ability to confidently work all stations including expo
Butchering
Food cost optimization
Food safety knowledge
Staff education
