In this role, you will play a key part in advancing the marketing efforts of Butcher Power Products. If you excel at creative thinking, content creation, organizational excellence, and delivering impactful results, we want to connect with you.

As a vital support to the COO and Creative Director, you’ll be a part of developing and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Acting as the link between creative vision and execution, you will manage logistics and coordination with outside Marketing Agencies to turn innovative concepts into successful initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Research and present trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Organize brainstorming sessions and compile actionable next steps.
  • Support content creation efforts, including gathering information, editing drafts, and coordinating approvals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and agencies, facilitating clear communication of objectives and feedback.
  • Oversee the implementation of content and campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines and creative vision.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with outside marketing agencies, ensuring timely delivery of social media posts, website updates, newsletters, Google Ad Campaigns, Geo-Fencing and mass email efforts.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the Executive Team.
  • Maintain project timelines and deadlines, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

  • High level confidence in project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in marketing operations, creative project management, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and website content management systems. (Hubspot, Basecamp, DuxSoup, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with outside Marketing Agencies.

  • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing marketing collateral.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of website management and CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems and how they integrate with marketing processes is a plus.
  • Photo and video editing skills
