Large CNC Machinist

The Large CNC Machinist will:

• Must be able to demonstrate basic machinist aptitude including the ability to: read blueprints
• Accurately use measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.)
• Make minor adjustments to tooling and CNC code
• Make frequent and complicated set-ups
• Run both CNC and manual lathes
• Run large horizontal boring mills and planer mills, both CNC and manual
  
  

Strong candidates for this position will meet the following expectations:

• 5 years or more of experience with an emphasis on CNC machining
• Prior experience with 5S or workplace organization is a plus
• Several years of experience with large diameter turning operations
• Work to close tolerances
• Willing to work overtime as needed
  
  

This position is for night shift with a $4.00 to $5.00 Shift Differential added to the base pay.
