About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned education leader to join our senior leadership team as the Director of Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, managing instructional programs, and driving student achievement.
- Implement BA's educational design, including standards, assessments, instructional guidelines, and school culture.
- Provide coaching and feedback to teachers based on school-wide academic goals, instructional priorities, and individual development goals.
- Evaluate student performance data and make informed decisions to drive instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that support academic excellence.
