Job Description
We are seeking a skilled teacher who can make Shakespeare, Baldwin, Angelou, and Morrison feel relevant to today's scholars. As an ELA teacher, you will foster a love for reading and writing, lead powerful discussions, differentiate instruction, build a culture of growth, collaborate with purpose, and embody our school's mission and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, SC Teacher Certification in English/ELA, or eligibility to transfer certification from another state. Experience teaching middle school ELA is preferred.
