Applicant will be the Aircraft Maintenance architect responsible for data research within the F-16 Technical Order Repository. The data researched will be based on Electrical Data, so a familiarity of basic aircraft electronics will be required and a basic knowledge of software coding and programming. An advanced understanding of SQL / databases and C / C# would be highly desirable for this position. Also, an understanding of the Agile Software development cycle would be a plus.
Qualified applicants must have the ability to read and interpret (F-16 Preferred) Fighter Aircraft Drawings. Will Provide engineering expertise to support the development and updates supporting an F-16 Air Force Support Equipment Modification Program called the MBFI. The Multiplex Bus Fault Isolator (MBFI) is support equipment which provides the capabilities to trouble shoot and detect faults within the multiplex busses of aircraft. A thorough knowledge of aircraft Multiplex bus communication and 1553 / 194 standards is a plus; Must work well in Integrated Product Team (IPT) comprised of contract labor, Lockheed Martin, and government civilian employees, F-16 familiarity.
