Job Description:
CNC Machining Technician Trainee
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machining Technician Trainee to join our team. As a CNC Machining Technician Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of machining operations and develop skills in setting up and operating precision manual and computerized machining centers.
About the Role:
This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience. You will receive comprehensive training and support from experienced technicians to help you achieve certification within 120 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn how to set up and operate precision manual and/or computerized machining centers according to standard work.
- Learn how to adjust machine feed/spindle speeds and change tooling and cutters per machining.
- Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Understand and follow quality testing techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing documentation and labor transactions.
