120 days of paid training
2nd Shift - M-F, 200pm - 11pm
3rd Shift - M-F, 1100pm - 700am
All work is On-site only

THE COMPANY - Work with one of the World's Largest American Owned Aerospace and Technology companies.
Machine Operator Trainee - ( 120 days of paid training) at this level is to learn and train on the basic understandings of all Machining specific operations. Operators have the basic level ability to set-up and operate a variety of CNC and Manual Machines to produce precision parts with immediate supervision by a certified machine operator (level II or above). Follow established standard work under immediate supervision in efforts to obtain certification within 120 days . Operator follows and complies with established standard work practices under immediate supervision. The operator will typically refer to problems or deviations to more experienced operators including Lead Technicians, Supervisors or Engineers.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Learn how to set up and operate precision manual and / or computerized machining centers according to standard work.
- Learn how to adjust machine feed / spindle speeds and the changing of tooling and
cutters per machining.
