Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross functional engineering team to develop, qualify, certify, and integrate aircraft interiors to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
- Manage requirements, including compliance deliverables to the customer, internal requirements documents, as well as validation and verification of system level requirements.
- Documents various program activities such as risk management, earned value, resource management, decisions, action item capture and closure and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure that the development activities are executed in compliance with the Program Development Plan, all applicable Standard Work and applicable procedures.

Citizenship : Must be US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder), Foreign Nationals w / right to Work in US (Sponsorship by supplier)
Schedule : 8am -430pm (flexible w / start and end times)
Overtime : Possibly but dependent on business needs and prior manager approval
