Job Overview
This role sits on site at our Archbald, PA facility and works on the Manufacturing floor. The Assembly Inspector will perform manual and clerical duties involved in receiving materials, supplies, and equipment.
The successful candidate will utilize computers to enter transactions, validate information, and maintain a database. They will unpack and examine items received, verifying completeness against bills of lading, invoices, and other records. Additionally, they will keep records of goods received, reject damaged or misdirected goods, and process necessary paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route materials to inspection, stores, or other destinations
- Operate mobile equipment used to move materials
- Answer inquiries concerning status of rejected or other goods
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inspection Manufacturing setting
- Precise Manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma (no Bachelor's degree required)
- Computer literacy (all work completed on computer for this role)
