Systems Integration / Test Engineer
Location : Grand Prairie, TX

Pay Range : $75-88 / hr
Duration : 12 months
Minimum Interim Secret or active US secret clearance required before start.
Summary
Ability to Travel 10-20%.
Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and / or subsystems.
Coordinates subsystem and / or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Required Experience :
- 8 Years of experience authoring technical documentation
- 8 Years of experience with hands-on engineering of hardware that can include component, Circuit Card Assembly, Subsystems, or large systems.
- At least some experience as a team lead or event lead
- BS Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and / or employee development and mentoring
- Process Improvement and Affordability experience
- Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking
- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Full Lifecycle Development Experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems / programs
