• This Contract job is an awesome opportunity to get your foot in the door w / this Giant American Company for a longer contract doing the same work or one that is more aligned to what you wish to be doing. Job Description The Automotive Worker performs a variety of Minor Repairs and Services to Maintain motor vehicles. The Automated Worker places and maintains :
• Decals - place on vehicles
• Batteries - checks and replaces batteries
• Tires - rotates, repairs, and replaces tires
• Cleaning- Exterior / Interior - washes, polishes, and cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles
• Fluids - drains, flushes, and Replaces engine, transmission, and differential grease and oils
• Spark Plugs / Oils & Filters - Checks, cleans, calibrates, and replaces spark plugs, cleans and replaces oil and air filters.
• Maintenance - Brakes, replaces windshield wipers, and similar minor parts
• Assists on Major Overhaul Jobs - disassembling & cleaning parts, repairing components such as generators, and water pumps, and replacing thermostats, points, electrical wiring and other items
• Maintains Tools / Equipment & Cleans work areas.
