Job Summary
Maintenance Planning Specialists assist engineering teams in creating and revising electronic records in the maintenance database for facilities and ground support equipment work orders. They provide printed copies of work orders to assigned engineers upon request, close completed work orders as needed, and ensure that equipment under maintenance is up-to-date in the database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Statements (TSs), and Facility Change Requests (FCRs).
- Release facility drawings/sketches.
- Evaluate and verify data accuracy in the maintenance database.
