We are seeking a motivated Field Technician with limited experience in wireless construction to assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless communication equipment. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of senior technicians, learning on-the-job while supporting the deployment of wireless infrastructure in various field locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of wireless communication systems (antennas, radios, cables, etc.)
- Conduct site surveys and prepare equipment for deployment.
- Troubleshoot and repair wireless network issues.
- Follow safety protocols and work in compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
- Learn and develop skills in wireless construction techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
- Basic understanding of wireless technology (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and at heights.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfort working in various weather conditions and at heights.
