Job Description
The Inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) Supports pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery.
- Provide support to our Distributor Network
- Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network
- Ensure that product model / serial numbers are loaded into our system
- Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone
