FT Instructor - Criminal Justice
Job Duties
Butler Community College is seeking a full-time Criminal Justice Instructor. The full-time instructor will teach courses focused on, but not limited to, Law Enforcement, Courts/Law, Correctional elements and functions.
The instructor needs to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, administrators, and faculty. Participation in various professional activities, such as actively serving on program advisory committees with area businesses, recruiting and advising students is expected.

Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills
Prospective candidates will be required to incorporate a variety of instructional techniques and technologies into the classroom, including online, which includes the Canvas platform. May be required to teach at multiple locations.
Required experience
- 7 years of experience within Criminal Justice.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
Required educational background
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Master’s degree with at least 18 hours in discipline is preferred.
Salary : $44,000
