Qualifications
The applicant may be requested to authorize the College to procure a consumer report(s) for employment purposes.

A. Ability to maintain a good working relationship.
B. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
C. Ability to work alone.
D. Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and take pride in workmanship.
E. Knowledge of horticulture, carpentry, general maintenance, and a mechanical aptitude.
F. Willingness to work overtime as required.
G. Must be in good physical health and able to lift 50 lbs. without limitations.
H. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s license.
I. Basic knowledge of computer fundamentals preferred.
Minimum of 3 years general maintenance experience (doors, hardware, carpentry. horticulture, plumbing, and/or HVAC)
A. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
B. Prior job experience in maintenance field and/or job related training.
