Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-year multi-course serving experience
· Minimum of 1-year upscale bartending experience
· Professional, friendly, detail oriented and reliable
· Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment and maintain high standards
· Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
· Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
· Learn and retain menu and bar knowledge
· Making cocktails following Club standards
· Taking and inputting orders with accuracy
· Utilizing proper serving and clearing techniques
· Setting up and restocking of bar area
· Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Starting pay is $15 to $18 per hour plus tips depending on experience. Training is provided.
