DIVISION SECRETARY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Assessment, Research and Planning Division Secretary. This is a regular full-time position that will begin immediately.
Reporting to the Dean of Institutional Research and Planning, the Assessment, Research and Planning Division Secretary is responsible for on-going data entry and processing of assessment information obtained from a variety of sources including academic and general education program competency outcomes, online course evaluations, and demographic data. This position is also responsible for assisting in Institutional Research compliance reporting and the compilation of reports for MSCHE accreditation and strategic plan implementation. It requires knowledge of computer data management, analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and the use of reporting platforms. The position requires close interaction with the IT (Information Technology) department. Associates degree from an accredited institution in Office Administration or related field preferred. A combination of experience and graduation from high school or equivalent is required. Good telephone, communication, typing, and data entry skills preferred. Ability to use Microsoft Office Software, and recent secretarial experience preferred.
