DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS
POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Director of Admissions. This is a regular full-time position that will begin immediately. Some evenings and occasional weekend hours.
Reporting to the Dean of Admissions and College Registrar, the Director of Admissions assists the Dean in implementing enrollment management strategies and is responsible for the recruitment of students, supervision of staff, and day-to-day office operations. The Director of Admissions will meet on campus with potential students, their families, and other members of the community supporting the Admissions Representative(s), and off-campus site recruitment team members. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Communications, Education, Psychology, or a related field required. Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Counseling, Education, Student Affairs or Higher Education preferred. Five years of progressive experience in the areas of student affairs, admissions/enrollment management, or public relations required. Community college experience preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
