WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT – PUBLIC SAFETY

SECRETARY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Workforce Development – Public Safety Secretary. This is a regular full-time position that will begin immediately. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Evening and weekend hours or professional travel may be required. Work schedule will vary based on need when outside normal office hours.

Reporting to the Coordinator of EMS Training Programs, the Workforce Development – Public Safety Secretary is to provide secretarial support for the Workforce Development Department with concentration in the area of EMS Training Programs. Associate degree from an accredited institution in Office Administration or related field preferred. A combination of experience and graduation from high school or equivalent is required. Typing, data entry, ability to use Microsoft Office Software, attention to detail and recent secretarial experience required. Experience in customer service, organizational skills and time management skills required. Experience with contract billing preferred.
