Summary
As a Sales/Rental Associate at Butler Equipment LLC, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their outdoor power product needs. This position is essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting our diverse range of products.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right outdoor power equipment for their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on landscape maintenance and product usage.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-organized and appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance customer experience.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting with online orders when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
- Assist customers in rental receiving and billing out
- Will work EVERY SATURDAY 8AM-1PM
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in outdoor power equipment or related fields.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting individual customer needs.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
