Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Roustabout to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The Roustabout will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the oil rig, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in challenging environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of oil rig equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on machinery and tools.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as necessary.
- Support pipeline construction and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience with commercial driving is preferred for transporting materials.
- Familiarity with oil rig operations or previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required.
- Strong understanding of construction site practices, including safety measures.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
