Position Overview:
As a Body Shop Helper & Detailer, you will be a key part of our service team. In this versatile role, you'll assist in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our body shop while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and ready for delivery to customers. The role will require a mix of physical labor and attention to detail, and you will be expected to work closely with our body shop technicians and service team to deliver top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:

Body Shop Helper:
- Assist body shop technicians with disassembly and assembly of vehicle parts.
- Help prep vehicles for repairs by removing damaged parts and preparing surfaces for painting.
- Clean and maintain body shop tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Assist with parts organization and delivery within the body shop.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support the body shop team.

Detailer:
- Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Clean engine bays and wheels to the highest standard.
- Ensure that all vehicles are meticulously cleaned and ready for customer delivery.
- Perform minor interior cleaning, such as vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
- Maintain and organize detailing equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive or body shop environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
