We are hiring a full-time Campus Manager/Lead Day Porter for our Loving location.
The shift is Monday through Friday, 6am to 3pm (start time varies by needs of the facility) = 40 hours a week
A full time Campus Manager/Lead Day Porter preforms cleaning duties which include, but are not limited to:
- Work directly with the customer
- Pick up and set up catering for meetings
- Over see a cleaning crew in assigned facility
- Must be able to work well independently and as a team
- Report needs for cleaning supplies as necessary
- Maintaining the upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- Weekly submittal of customer facility checklist
- Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals
- Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs
- Scrubbing sinks, toilets, and fixtures in restroom facilities
- Toilet scrubbing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Clean sinks, counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
- Wiping walls, dusting, wiping down offices, desks, and furniture
- Cleaning windows, windowsills, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Use cleaning equipment: a floor machine, vacuum, carpet cleaner, deck scrubber or push broom
- Conduct heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Cooperate with customer and Butler staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
You must:
- Live locally in Loving, NM, or the surrounding area.
- You must have a valid driver's license
- You must have your own transportation to get to the shift daily.
- Must be able to work well independently and as a team.
- Must be drug free and pass a drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
