We are hiring for a full-time Maintenance Specialist with cleaning duties for our Watford City location.
This position is general maintenance of a facility, fleet and janitorial.
- General – maintenance person services, moving furniture, window cleaning, painting.
- Carpentry – drywall, manual repairs, use hand/electric tools.
- Plumbing – unclog drains, replace toilet kits, flush valves.
- HVAC – replacing filters, checking belts.
- Floor Care – carpet extraction, strip and wax
- Keep the company vehicles clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing and detailing
- Complete regular vehicle inspections, arranging maintenance when necessary
- Refuel vehicles and ensure they are always ready for use
- Check battery health and ensure vehicles are always ready for use
- Drive to and from customer location
Day Porter Duties:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs
- Scrubbing sinks, toilets, and fixtures in restroom facilities
- Toilet scrubbing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Clean sinks, counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
- Wiping walls, dusting, wiping down offices, desks, and furniture
- Cleaning windows, windowsills, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
A successful candidate needs the following skills and qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Cleaning/Janitorial Experience
- Clean driving record
- Pass a drug test
- Ability to drive in inclement weather
- Strong commitment to safety
- Excellent navigational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills to stay on schedule
- Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy luggage, packages, and objects, as well as be able to load and unload them from their vehicle or change a tire
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
