Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Medicare Part D plans, Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans, and Medicare Advantage plans to eligible beneficiaries. This role involves educating clients on their Medicare options, assessing their individual needs, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. Our established pharmacy partnerships offer a unique opportunity for agents to receive regular client referrals, enhancing your ability to build and maintain a robust client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on Medicare Part D, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Advantage plans.
- Assess clients' healthcare needs and recommend suitable Medicare plans.
- Assist clients in the enrollment process for Medicare plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and plan options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage pharmacy partnerships to receive and manage client referrals effectively.
- Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding the sale of Medicare plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arkansas Health Insurance License.
- Experience in selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans.
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
