We are seeking a highly motivated receptionist and legal assistant to join our rapidly expanding law firm. As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our firm and are key to creating lasting impressions.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive appointments and direct visitors
- Provide administrative legal support to one or more attorneys
- Provide calendar maintenance and agenda management for multiple attorneys
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
- File maintenance
- Maintain databases and records
- Track and purchase office supplies
Main Qualifications :
Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate ability and have prior experience in a legal environment, as well as those who fit with our casual but rigorous office rapport.
