Job Description
Project Manager, Multi-Family
- Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
- Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
- Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing
- Compensation : $115K-$125K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
