Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Female Only
Location: Newtown, CT

Shift Availability:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Butler Rescue Hands, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Female Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide quality in-home care for a client in Newtown, CT. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders to ensure proper adherence.
- Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up.
- Accompany client on errands, grocery shopping, and doctor’s appointments as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Female applicants only (per client request).
- Previous PCA, CNA, or home care experience required.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, both morning and evening shifts.
- Reliable transportation for errands and appointments.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to pass a background check.
