Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Assist customers in finding and selecting products

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed

- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information

- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions

- Previous experience in retail sales preferred

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience

- Knowledge of fireplace sales and products is advantageous

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
