Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Driver License with 5 years of licensed driving experience.
- Outstanding driving record.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalency.
- At least 21 years old with 1 year of experience in customer service, training, teaching, or coaching.
- Successfully pass drug and medical screenings.
- Obtain a Class D Examiner license from the State of Ohio (we'll guide you!).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Possess proficiency in email and Microsoft Office programs.
- Exhibit qualities such as safety-mindedness, calmness, patience, attentiveness, confidence, conscientiousness, and empathy.
- Display strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Have a solid work history and a satisfactory criminal record.
