Make a real impact on tomorrow's industry leaders! Butler Tech seeks experienced equipment operators like you to join our dedicated team as a Part-Time Applied Instructors at our Lesourdsville Campus.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant discipline OR have at least five (5) years of industry experience.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Bonus areas of knowledge include pipeline installation, industrial electricity, electrical motor systems, mechanical systems, fluid power, process controls, PLCs, and related areas.
- National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Instructor certification (preferred).
- Ohio Department of Education Adult Education teaching permit or be willing to obtain one.
- Student-oriented teaching style, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Able to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and administrators as an effective team member.
- Proficient in email and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Solid work record and an acceptable criminal record.
Start Date: Based on the class schedule.
Pay: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
