Description:
We are offering up to 29 hours per week for this position. We are seeking Practical Nursing Clinical Instructors with daytime availability to deliver high-quality education in the areas of practical nursing, patient care, and health care administration. As an instructor, you will also lead hands-on skills training and evaluate student performance in clinical settings.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing OR be within 12 months of graduation.
- Maintain current Ohio licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Be a graduate of an approved, accredited nursing school.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a registered nurse.
- Hold an Ohio Department of Education Adult Education teaching permit or be willing to obtain one.
- Have a student-oriented teaching style, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and administrators as an effective team member.
- Be proficient in email and Microsoft Office programs.
- Display strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Have a solid work record and an acceptable criminal record.
Pay:
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
