| POSITION Paid Maintenance Intern - 2 positions
| LOCATION Butler Tech’s Fairfield Township Campus
| GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Intern will gain hands-on experience in the maintenance field. Under the guidance of experienced maintenance staff, this Intern will assist with various maintenance tasks throughout Butler Tech facilities, including but not limited to:

| GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Intern will gain hands-on experience in the maintenance field. Under the guidance of experienced maintenance staff, this Intern will assist with various maintenance tasks throughout Butler Tech facilities, including but not limited to:
- Painting
- Light Moving
- Light assembly
- Assisting with general maintenance and repair work
| QUALIFICATIONS
- Fairfield Township Campus Construction 2025 – 2026 senior;
- OSHA 10 card or willing and able to obtain within 1 month of employment;
- Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc), facilities maintenance, and hand tools relevant to the position;
- Painting experience preferred;
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team;
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude;
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to provide customer service, document progress, organize, prioritize, problem-solve, think critically, and exercise professional judgement;
- Satisfactory attendance and discipline record.
