SUMMARY
The Manager, Campaign Analytics, is responsible for leading a team of Information Analysts to deliver campaign performance reporting to share outcomes and for use in the optimization of marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing analytics, data analysis, data management and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.  This individual works directly with cross functional leaders in Account Management, Integrated Planning and Channel Activation teams to research, plan, scope, execute and deliver measurement solutions on behalf of our clients. Act as the primary contact for clients, analytics partners / vendors, and third-party data providers, helping to facilitate and manage the execution of all data and insights from identifying the client’s business objective to ROI measurement.  The Manager, Campaign Analytics is responsible for supporting the measurement deliverables across departments, understanding workflow and dependencies, providing detailed instructions/specifications/business requirements, and managing deadlines.  


This individual must work well within a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment, maintaining grace under fire and conducting self with professionalism, positivity, and respect at all times. This work will have a high level of exposure to members of the senior management team.  The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills and a basic understanding of the Human Resources discipline and finds joy in “teaching”.  


KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Outcome:  Drive measurable business impact by optimizing campaign analytics deliverables, ensuring superior accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to accurately track campaign performance, offering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Establish standard dashboard practices across all clients, tailoring as applicable by industry.
  • Articulate complex concepts and present actionable insights in a structured, clear format easily understood by stakeholders across the organization.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to ensure the team is using the most up-to-date and effective analytical techniques.

Key Outcome:  Demonstrates Campaign Analytics expertise as the subject matter expertise in performance measurement, representing this capability for the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Has a firm grasp of test architecture and incrementality methodology.
  • Represents all Measurement engagements to the client as a key partner to the Account Management team.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing funnel and the data sources used for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Science to explore and implement advanced measurement solutions, with a focus on attribution.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to define client reporting requirements and optimize data structuring for efficient and timely information delivery.

Key Outcome: Engage, retain, and enable performance of talent, ensuring the appropriate level of support, performance management and development for the Information Analysts.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing or a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or economics
  • 8 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expert knowledge of data management and campaign analytics best practices.
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Adaptive and intuitive personality adept at managing complex internal and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Earlier experience in leading and managing a team of analysts.
  • Independent and self-directed yet also team oriented.
  • Strong project management acumen, displaying organization and adeptness at multitasking.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

COMPENSATION
Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $94,000- $132,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.

This is just one component of Butler/Till’s total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Salary : $94,000 - $132,000
