SUMMARY
As a Manager, Integrated Planning, you will be responsible for defining and enabling the strategic, cross-channel communications / media plan for your client(s), providing direct oversight to the Planner(s) working on your team. You will work closely with the Channel Activation teams and Account teams to plan for solutions that achieve client's business goals and objectives, supporting recommendations with research across the media / communications industry, your client's category / competition, and key target audiences.
KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Outcome : Articulation of strategic, insightful communications approach and media strategy to deliver on client goals
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and build actionable insights based on the understanding of audiences' journey, attitudes, past campaign efforts, and deep media industry knowledge
- Build and articulate a connective communication plan strategy based on the needs of the clients' business, partnering with the Associate Director / Director of Integrated Planning, as needed
- Effectively evaluate and deliver cross-channel plan recommendations based on strategic objectives and plan strategies
- Present Butler / Till solutions through a compelling, storytelling lens to stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Actively participate in brainstorming and lead conversations that steward campaign execution or pull-through with clients and external agencies

COMPENSATION
Butler / Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $94,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
This is just one component of Butler / Till's total compensation package for employee owners. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including ESOP (employee stock ownership plan), an annual bonus, in addition to a full benefits package, and paid time off benefits, including 100% paid parental leave. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
