Responsibilities
- Assist with Academic Monitoring of student-athletes
- Personal development of student-athletes
- Contribute to positive team culture
- Identify, evaluate and recruit students that can succeed at Butler both academically and athletically
- Build and cultivate relationships with scholastic and non-scholastic coaches
- Assist with teaching and coaching in team and individual settings
- Game preparation via game and practice planning and film review
- Pre and post season conditioning, weight training and skill development
- Bachelor's Degree
- Collegiate coaching or playing experience. Knowledge of NCAA Division I, Big East/Pioneer Football rules and regulations
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff.
- Outstanding verbal communication and leadership skills.
